The Council reserves the right to change without notice the procedure for awarding the contract, to reject all or any bids for the contract, to stop the process and not to award a contract at any time without liability on its part.
No contract wil be created between the Council and any party until a contract is executed between the Council and the successful bidder.
Bids and all supporting documentation for the contract must be in English.
All references to prices must be in sterling.
The Council is not liable for any costs (including any third party costs fees or expenses) incurred by those expressing an interest in or bidding for this contract opportunity.
Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
The programme is being supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government and will be subject to external audit.
Further information of the project and the Council's specific requirements are set out in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation. The content of some aspects of the RFQ documentation is of a confidential nature. In the circumstances, bidders will be required to provide the Council with a signed Confidentiality Agreement prior to such documentation being issued to them. The form of Confidentiality Agreement will be issued to you when you express your interest in this project. To express your interest, please email Miss Diane Spencer (d.spencer@npt.gov.uk).
Please also provide your full postal address since the RFQ files are large and it may be necessary to provide you with the RFQ documentation on a CD.
