Abstract

The Healthcare Technology Centre located in Swansea University Medical School provides a platform for companies built upon Swansea’s strengths in Biosensors and Devices, Bio-Informatics, Bio-Analytics and Bio-Banking. The Centre’s aim is to speed up the translation of ideas from healthcare and life sciences sectors into new technology, products and services providing a platform for companies and researchers to complete the Technology Development & Adoption Pipeline. HTC provides dedicated state of the art facilities housed in their newly refurbished laboratory, on its Singleton Campus, and it’s to further enhance the facilities of this laboratory that the Accelerate team are wishing to procure a Plate Reader.
