Southern Water is seeking to establish a long-term service relationship with a facilities management provider with a strong customer focus who will deliver transformation in the efficiency, effectiveness and value for money of the facilities management services and supply chain across the estates portfolio.
Client is seeking to establish a long-term service relationship with a facilities management contractor with a strong customer focus who will deliver a transformation in the efficiency, effectiveness and value for money of the facilities management services and supply chain across all estates portfolio.
Southern Water is expected to enter into a long term relationship with the right IFM partner who can:
Deliver Southern Water’s objectives for FM improvement.
Supporting the delivery of the client’s water for life strategy for amp 7 through alignment to the five transformational programmes.
Is focused on customer care.
Support Southern Water in the transformation journey (expected to bring expertise in transition, process, asset management and a track record in delivering efficiency benefits)
deliver efficiency, effectiveness and value for money of the facilities management services and supply chain across the estate, accounting for Southern water’s mission and values
currently, the FM services are provided through a blend of in-house, bundle soft, security maintenance and multiple (circa 60) outsourced for building maintenance and minor civil/small works projects.
Required services include: business continuity management, health and safety management, CAFM, Helpdesk, maintenance, environmental and energy management, cleaning, security, reception and customer services, meeting and conference room, catering, grounds maintenance, pest control, waste management, business support services,car park management, travel management, car park management, FM projects, FM management and administration and management of third party FM contracts.
