The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation:
Under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, competition is absent for technical reasons. Steinway & Sons produce pianos involving 126 patents that are unrivalled in their tone and action. Steinway & Sons offer bespoke hand made grand pianos for teaching and practice purposes.
