Detailed description
Southern Water will shortly be going to tender to obtain competative proposals from System Integrators (SI) for the provision of Human Capital Management and Payroll (HCM) solution and delivery.
The system Integrator will be invited to provide a proposal on behalf of themselfs and a chosen HCM Software Vendor of their choice. Following a successful process, SWS will look to enter into seperate agreements with both the SI and the Software Vendor.
The Services of the Human Capital Management (HCM) solution will require a System Integrator to assist SWS with the phased delivery of the vision from its project delivery planning and kick-off through all the project delivery stages to support handover.
