Description:

This service will support individuals with learning disabilities to represent and speak up for themselves and will bring together groups of individuals with common experiences. This will be a new service, with a clear focus on achieving outcomes for individuals, and on using a range of methods to ensure that the views and concerns of adults with learning disabilities are heard and are actively used to inform change. Ultimately, people feeling involved in decisions about their life, being treated with respect and having voice, choice, and control, will be central outcomes for this service. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years.
