II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Minesto is continuing the development of the Deep Green Technology, by developing a 100kW tidal and ocean current power plant in form of a “flying” kite tethered to the sea floor. Minesto requires a system to act as an attachment point for the kite tether to the seabed.
This is an invitation to pre-qualify for the Foundation ITT (Invitation to Tender), which set out the requirements for this Foundation. Minesto is looking for a contractor that has knowledge, skills and ability to provide Minesto with a concept, detailed design and fabrication of the Foundation.
The results of this pre-qualification process will be to identify a short list of Contractors to be given the opportunity to tender for the supply of DG100 Foundations.
