II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Framework Agreement of Insurance Broker Services for Minesto AB and all Minesto’s legal entities.
Minesto develops a technology to convert kinetic energy in marine currents to clean electricity.
The Insurance Broker shall act as a supervisor and broker when Minesto has need of insurances such as project insurances for existing and future Minesto sites. Currently Minesto has a need of an insurance broker services for the Vestmannasund project, and further coming Minesto projects on the Faroes Islands.
The Framework should preferably have prices valid three years, with the possibility to extend it one more year and with yearly reviews if requested by Minesto.
