The Commissioner aims, in advertising this tender, to appoint a supplier undertake the elements of works, as detailed in the specification, at the Commissioner’s office at:

The tender submissions should include a proposed a design for the offices based on the clients requirements as laid out in this document, along with estimated costs, in order to enable the Commissioner to appoint a supplier.
