The Main site for delivery is envisaged to be Ty Glan yr Afon, Cardiff but could be required in any NHS Wales Informatics Service site in NHS wales.
II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Authority is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing Agreement (DPS) for services to support the development of solutions to engage citizens digitally in the proactive management of their health.
It is anticipated that this could encompass a wide range of services from existing applications (Apps) to innovative joint developments.
The DPS would be used as a tool to facilitate rapid competition and selection of potential partners for various strategic projects. Organisations of all sizes shall be free to participate and engage in all requirements being called upon.

The Authority is developing the model of operation by which this potential Dynamic Purchasing Agreement will be organised and as such it is request that interested participants respond to this notice and express and interest by returning the attached documents to this notice.
