SPECULATIVE NOTICE: Invitation to Preferred Supplier List: Bid writing support supplier

Ambition North Wales wishes to establish a preferred supplier list (PSL), which provides a list of approved suppliers to undertake bid writing support work.

Ambition North Wales intends to shortly launch a bid writing support grant. This will be made available to small community organisations and small enterprises who have a “Clean Energy / Decarbonisation” Project ready for implementation that will require capital funding in the near future and can demonstrate why they require bid writing support.

This bid writing grant is revenue funding and eligible grant applicants ("Grant Applicant") can apply for up to a maximum of £5,000. Successful Grant Applicants will then select a Supplier from the preferred supplier list to carry out the services directly for them. The Grant Applicants will be required to obtain a quote from their chosen supplier ("Supplier") off the preferred supplier list, to provide to Ambition North Wales, before the grant will be approved. Quotes provided by all Suppliers will need to be at typical market rates and any quote deemed in excess will be rejected and the Supplier will be removed from the preferred supplier list. The contract will be held directly between the Grant Applicant and their chosen Supplier.
