Calling Community and Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Companies in Wales

Are you interested in tendering to support local involvement in Welsh renewable energy projects, to deliver more for people in Wales?

The scope for this procurement will cover planning and all project related engagement and communication.

This will include communications to raise awareness of Trydan Gwyrdd Cymru at the very early stages of Project development, followed by opportunities to shape the projects through non-statutory and statutory consultation events.  Engagement will help to optimise the value of these projects for the local area and for Wales, up to submission of the planning application.

Some broader, Wales-wide communication and engagement may also be required within the remit, where there is an interface between local and national issues and interests.

Lot 1 – Southwest Wales

Lot 2 - Northeast Wales

Lot 3a - Cardiff Capital Region

Lot 3b - Swansea Bay City Region

Three-year contract.

Contract Value - £40k-£80k a year each Lot (Lot 1, 2, 3a); and £60 – 90k a year (Lot 3b two projects).
