TWH secured funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund in March 2025 for Delivery of the project and now we seek to appoint an individual as Project Mentor to join our Steering Group who will be responsible for the delivery of the capital programme which has a current construction value circa £3.5M.

Initially the appointment will involve supporting TWH through RIBA 4 design and tender development and then a build programme phased in two main sections over 16 month period on site. During that time TWH will continue to be open albeit activities restricted with the building works ongoing.

Outline details of the project are included within the project pack comprising extracts from the RIBA 3 design and photographs.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

· Experience of providing mentor support on major capital topics

· Recognised by funding bodies as a key professional team leader and advisor

· Successful track record in delivering major Lottery funded heritage capital refurbishment projects including within an operational setting

· Experience of multi-funded projects, preparing bids and administering draw down of grant aid

· Experience of small trust clients.

· Experience with professional appointments, programming, risk and budgetary control.

· Experience of leading teams and chairing key meetings
