Due to unprecedented financial pressures Ceredigion County Council has instructed Ceredigion Museum to explore options for moving to trust status, with a view to divesting governance responsibility and enabling the museum to operate independently.

Due to the specialist knowledge required to produce a thorough and realistic feasibility study Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultant to ensure that all options are considered, and a preferred model is identified and costed.
