Cwmpas Procurement Support

Description of the goods or services required

Cwmpas requires the services of an organisation to provide specialist procurement support on an ad hoc basis. They type of support could include: -

To provide training for managers on legislative and regulatory changes.

To support Cwmpas to implement any improvements to existing procurement policies and procedures.

To support managers to undertake initial procurement procedures including an RFQ Process, ITT Process, as well as high value procurement procedures and the development of a Framework.

To provide advice about the inclusion of community benefits within procurement processes;

To provide ongoing advice and support about procurement as required, including advice on any updates or changes to procurement legislation.
