Provision of a Support Service for Young People & Adults Leaving the Secure Estate

This service will build upon existing provision, providing those who are in, or have recently left prison with housing related support.

The service aims to assist individuals currently in prison or recently released in securing or maintaining stable accommodation. Funded by the Housing Support Grant, this service is designed to address the housing support needs and reduce homelessness among this vulnerable population, ultimately supporting their successful reintegration into society.
