The development of a Primary Recipe File fully compliant with ‘The Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013’ and ‘Healthy Eating in Maintained schools’ Guidance. Including the co production element of engagement with school children, parents, teachers and operational catering staff. Guided by principles under the Well-being of Future Generations Act 2015 and Future Generations Menu development.
