Description of the goods or services required

The Port of Milford Haven wishes to appoint a competent surveying consultant to carry out mandatory RICS Red Book Valuations for Accounting and Financial Reporting.

In addition, we are seeking proposals for Corporate Real Estate Advice (Lot 2) and the provision of Property and Real Estate Services, (Lot3) to support the MHPA Commercial Property Team, who on occasion require additional specialist advice.

Total quantity or scope of tender

we are seeking proposals for Corporate Real Estate Advice (Lot 2) and the provision of Property and Real Estate Services, (Lot3) to support the MHPA Commercial Property Team, who on occasion require additional specialist advice.

It is likely that Lots 2 & 3 will form a framework agreement, and therefore tenderers wishing to bid for these lots are invited to submit hourly rates and to respond to the quality questions for these lots listed below. A fixed quarterly fee is required for the advice in Lot2. Tenderers are able to bid for one, all or any of the lots.

MHPA intends to add a maximum of 3 suppliers across Lots 2 & 3 onto the Framework, but we reserve the right to have fewer or just one.

Work arising from the Framework agreement will be charged on a cost reimbursable rate. Rates for lots 2 & 3 submitted as part of this tender will undergo a commercial assessment based on the hourly average rate, and the quarterly fee submitted in lot 2 will also be evaluated.
