We are seeking interest from suitably qualified and experienced heat pump installers to specify and install a heat pump system in the M-SParc building in Gaerwen, Anglesey. Our aim is to fully decarbonise our heating systems, including hot water, which would drastically reduce our emissions and Carbon Footprint, thus becoming a long-term cost saving activity for our organisation and key step for our organisation to achieve NetZero status by the year 2030.

Additional Information

The objectives of the procurement are:

Full final specification of ASHP systems to decarbonise M-SParc's gas fired heating boilers (currently 2x285 kW central heating system, 2x60 kW DWS system).

Enabling and strip out works of existing gas fired boilers.

Supply and installation of ASHP systems.

Supply and installation of all affiliated and ancillary electronic and mechanical, cabling and all other equipment as necessary to form a complete installation.

Supply and install all required metering for monitoring of system on our BMS system.
