Abstract

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) are looking to work with a patient management Contractor to implement a suitable patient management system, to digitise the diary management of clinical practitioner’s/ health & fitness advisors’ appointment and referral system and provide confidential clinical records management. This shall be done by standardising the reporting and provision of management information and bring a level of automation and flexibility to number of clinical and administrative functions. This forms part of the OHU requirement to deliver a service that analyses management information and works in collaboration with each HR department, to optimise SWFRS staff in the workplace and provide support in their roles. This Specification defines the requirements of a new Patient Management System the “Solution” replacing the existing SharePoint and Outlook systems.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) are looking to work with a patient management Contractor to implement a suitable patient management system, to digitise the diary management of clinical practitioner’s/ health & fitness advisors’ appointment and referral system and provide confidential clinical records management.
