Ceredigion County Council is seeking the expertise of qualified chartered surveyors to assist in providing market valuations for S106 development agreements, commuted sums, agricultural restricted property and financial assessments to RICS red book standards. These valuations are critical in ensuring accurate and fair assessments that align with the council’s objectives and statutory requirements.

Specifically, the Council requires the following services.

1. S106 valuations

2. Commuted sum calculations

3. Agricultural restriction valuations
