Title
All Wales Laundry Dispatch and PPM System
|
2.2
|
Description of the goods or services required
The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) All Wales Laundry Service operates across four laundries: Llansamlet, Glan Clwyd, Green Vale, and Swansea, with one central distribution hub located in Carmarthen. Currently dispatching circa 600,000 pieces per week across the entirety of the NHS in Wales. To enhance efficiency and standardisation across these sites, NWSSP requires the procurement of two systems:
A Laundry Dispatch System to manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery logistics across sites.
A Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) System to ensure the effective operation of laundry machinery and to monitor and report on maintenance activities across all sites.
These systems will enable efficient tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across all facilities while improving service delivery.
