Description of the goods or services required

Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide external refurbishment works on Trusteel MkII construction properties, including but not limited to, Re-Roofing, EWI & Associated Works as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 11 (“ITT”).

Please note, additional Drawings & Asbestos documents will be uploaded to Sell2Wales in early January.
