Abstract
Notification of award of Contract via mini competition under Lot 7 of the South-East Wales Highways Framework 4 (SEWH4) administered by Cardiff Council as the lead contracting authority for this framework.
Contractor to undertake highways refurbishment of the Stockland and Windsor Squares in Caerphilly town centre. The works are to include the removal of existing paving for re-levelling and then relaying existing paving, new bio retention gardens with SUDs, bespoke external furniture that incorporates art features, new bin stores and retaining existing art sculptures onsite.
