Fully Managed Student Laundry Services

Description of the goods or services required
Cardiff University are looking for one supplier to provide fully managed, modern, cashless laundries within its residences, at no cost to the University.
The University will provide gas, electricity, data provision, WI-FI, hard-wired internet facilities, drainage, lighting, and water to the laundries without charge, and tender proposals should take account of the direct costs incurred by the University in providing / maintaining utilities throughout the duration of the contract period.
The facilities will include as a minimum: -
Heavy duty washing machines
Heavy duty dryers
All instructions, posters, signage, and written notices displayed within the laundry facilities must be provided in both Welsh and English, with the Welsh language text positioned so that it is likely to be read first (above or to the left of the corresponding English text.

Access to the Procurement documents will close at 12 Noon on 5th March 2025 in order for Site Visits to take place on 6th March 2025. Further details regarding site
visits are contained in Schedule 2 Specification.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
The University reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
The University reserves the right to annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
