Colwyn Extra Care Housing (ECH), Health and Community Hub Programme.

Description of the goods or services required

Consultancy support to take overall responsibility for expanding and developing the existing structure, which will be fully compliant with HM Treasury and Welsh Government requirements, as outlined in their “Guide to Developing the Project Business Case – Better Business Cases for Better Outcomes 2018”, and the Green Book.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Conwy County Borough Council (the ‘Authority’) wishes to appoint a suitable Supplier (the ‘Supplier(s)’) to take overall responsibility for expanding and developing the existing joint SOC-OBC for its Colwyn ECH, Health and Community Hub Programme. The joint SOC-OBC will be fully compliant with HM Treasury and Welsh Government requirements, as outlined in their “Guide to Developing the Project Business Case – Better Business Cases for Better Outcomes 2018”, and the Green Book.

The term of the contract period will be from the date of the formal award of the contract and until the Authority is satisfied that the joint SOC-OBC is ready to be submitted to Welsh Government. It is anticipated that the joint SOC-OBC will be submitted circa May/June 2026.
