Newport City Homes Housing Association Limited (“NCH”) requires a programme of works to be delivered for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Rewires (WHQS) over a four (4) year period to improve housing stock. This will require works to be undertaken to tenanted properties.
Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and rewires (“the Works”) will include delivery of scheduled Works, and the appointed contractors (“the Contractor”) will need to be suitably qualified and competent to deliver these Works and be able to demonstrate this within the tender return.
