MWT37 - Grounds Maintenance Services

Description of the goods or services required

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority are seeking a supplier to provide Grounds Maintenance services, the service shall be provided under the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority Terms and Conditions for services.

The requirement is split into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Grounds Maintenance Services

Lot 2 - Brown Sedum Roof Maintenance at Park Noyadd Combined Facility

There is no restriction of the number of Lots suppliers may bid for.

Should you wish to propose any changes to the terms and conditions post tender for our consideration, you will need to take the following steps.

1. If you want to change any sections highlight those sections in yellow – do not delete them under tracked changes as we do double strike through on any redundant terms and conditions.

2. Add comments explaining why you want to amend / delete them.

3. Do not add new sections as this will affect the numbering on the document – if you want to add additional terms and conditions just make a note of them on a Word document and name the document Terms and Conditions Change Request.
