Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services on behalf of The Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust are looking to engage the market to establish a framework agreement consisting of multiple suppliers for the provision of Service Maintenance & Repair of Ambulance Vehicles and their Associated Equipment. To meet the requirements of the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust (WAST), the service is being tendered in two main categories: SMR Workshop Services and SMR Mobile Services. The SMR Workshop Lot will be the requirement for full workshop facilities to conduct servicing, maintenance, and defect repairs in a workshop environment. Services required will include but not be limited to safety checks, routine services, clutch / flywheel replacement, brake testing, clinical equipment repairs, air conditioning system repairs as well as other major repairs to meet the Welsh Ambulance Service Trust’s requirements. The vehicles will need to be delivered and collected from the Trust’s ambulance stations as appropriate. All parts will be only genuine manufacturer’s parts unless specifically requested otherwise.
