Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint one suitable Supplier to each Lot for the supply and delivery of new lighting fixtures and associated accessories to Venue Cymru. The supply will be for: - Lot 1 – Fixed LED Profiles, Profile Lenses, Fresnels, Pars and Cyc Lights Lot 2 – Moving Spot and Wash Lights Suppliers can select to tender for one Lot or both Lots. 2.1 Title

Venue Cymru Futures Stage Lighting Upgrade

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint one suitable Supplier to each Lot for the supply and delivery of new lighting fixtures and associated accessories to Venue Cymru.

The supply will be for: -

Lot 1 – Fixed LED Profiles, Profile Lenses, Fresnels, Pars and Cyc Lights

Lot 2 – Moving Spot and Wash Lights

Suppliers can select to tender for one Lot or both Lots.

5 Other Information

5.1 Additional Information

Venue Cymru has successfully obtained an Arts Council of Wales grant to fund the replacement of a large proportion of the theatre’s theatrical lighting rig.

Final invoices must be submitted to Conwy County Borough Council prior to or on 05 March 2025 in order for the funding to be released to Conwy County Borough Council from the Arts Council of Wales. If this deadline is not met by all parties, it is unlikely this project will go ahead.
