The organisation is currently developing its OBC for submission to senior stakeholders, first internally and then in the Welsh Government. A key feature of that OBC will be to objectively assess the relative merits and affordability of our main competing scope options which range from modular through to enterprise type solutions. The organisation’s current thinking surrounding its core, optional and out of scope solutions is presented in the Scope tab of the accompanying Request for Indicative Pricing (RfIP) spreadsheet. Whilst that scope of thinking informs this information request, it is likely to be refined in the light of key stakeholder feedback as work on the OBC progresses and also in the light of supplier feedback surrounding this process.
