Description of the goods or services required

The Representative Body of the Church in Wales, hereafter referred to as the “RB,” invites tenders from qualified firms/individuals to provide Internal Audit Services. The selected firm/individual will assist the RB in achieving its objectives by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services, in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global Internal Audit Standards and the Chartered IIA Code of Practice.

Fixed budget of £30k per annum (including VAT).

The contract is for a 3-year term. The price will be fixed for the duration of the 3-year contract.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The selected firm/individual will assist the RB in achieving its objectives by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services, in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global Internal Audit Standards and the Chartered IIA Code of Practice.

Bidders will be expected to have Cyber Essentials, and Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £1million.
