Quotations are invited for the provision of Data Protection Services and Documentation Templates to WCVA to assist in reviewing an updating all data protection workflows including Privacy Statements, Data Sharing Agreement Templates and Consent templates for a variety of projects.

Y cyflenwr ac nid CGGC fydd yn talu am unrhyw gostau yr aiff y cyflenwr iddynt wrth baratoi a chyflwyno dyfynbris.

Ceidw CGGC yr hawl i beidio â gwneud unrhyw bryniant ar ôl i ddyfynbrisiau ddod i law neu ddewis mwy nag un dyfynbris.

Ceidw CGGC yr hawl i wneud gwiriadau diwydrwydd dyladwy ar dendrwyr.

Any costs incurred by the supplier in the preparation and submission of a quotation will be borne by the supplier and not WCVA.

WCVA reserves the right not to make any purchase following the receipt of quotations or to select more than one quotation.

WCVA reserves the right to carry out due diligence checks on tenderers.

Rhaid i ddyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno ar y Ffurflen Ymateb Cyflenwyr yn Atodiad 1, ar ffurf Word (oni nodir yn wahanol), rhaid ei llenwi a’i llofnodi’n briodol (caniateir llofnodion digidol a ddiogelir gan gyfrinair).

Dylai dyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno drwy GwerthwchiGymru erbyn 12pm ar 12 Chwefror 2025 fan bellaf. Bydd dyfynbrisiau a gyflwynir ar ôl y dyddiad cau hwn yn anghymwys.

Gall tendrau gael eu cyflwyno yn Gymraeg. Ni fydd unrhyw dendr a gyflwynir drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg yn cael ei drin yn llai ffafriol na thendr a gyflwynir yn Saesneg.

Quotations must be submitted on the Supplier Response Form in Annex 1, in Word format (unless otherwise specified), it must be duly completed and signed where appropriate (password protected digital signatures are permitted).

Quotations should be submitted via Sell2Wales no later than 12 February 2025 12:00. Quotations submitted after this deadline will be deemed ineligible.

Tenders may be submitted in Welsh. Any tender submitted in Welsh will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.
