II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires a Complex Needs Hostel Service (“the Goods/Services/Works”).

The new contract consist of the following:

Tŷ Muse – 217 Holton Road

Tŷ Bawden – 200 Holton Road

Ty Mustoe Project

In addition to this two floating support Schemes are included both of which operate out of the 217 Holton Road office:

Vale Floating Support

Ffynnon Project

The contract will be for 5 years in total, 3 years with the option to extend by a further 12 months for the next two years,
