Submissions to be on the excel sheets provided only.
Ability to undertake all works as listed and act as Principal Contractor as required. Cost for PC role to be separated out and shown.
Professional Indemnity insurance to value of £2 million.
a guide on submittal of works including timeline and lead in times.
Electrical work may be let under separate contract so please ensure this costing is kept separate.
