Cae Llan Public Conveniences Refurbishment

Description of the goods or services required

Refurbishment works to Cae Llan Public Conveniences, Station Road, Betws y Coed.

Works include:

Removing all existing floor coverings and replacing with vinyl and suitable weather resistant flooring to foyer;

Installation of floor gullies and associated drainage in Ladies and Gents toilets;

Removal of existing lighting system and replacement with suitable LED fittings including emergency lighting;

Installation of dropped ceiling;

Installation of PIV system;

Redecoration of external and internal painted walls;

Servicing of existing windows including replacing damaged/rotten wooden frames where necessary and repainting of all frames;

Remediation of damaged facias/soffits and overcladding with PVC;

Other minor refurbishment works.

It is anticipated that the works will be carried out around the beginning of October 2024 and must be completed, signed off and all claims made and paid for prior to the 30th November 2024.
