Upgrade of Heating System to Air Source Heat Pumps

Description of the goods or services required

Wales & West Housing Group is seeking to award a JCT Minor Works to a single Contractor for upgrade of heating system and hot water to 16 Properties at Heol Dwr, Scleddau, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire.

The scheme consists of 16 properties and are a mix of timber frame and block cavity. The properties are all currently electrically heated (off gas network). These properties are amongst the worst performing in terms of EPC / SAP ratings in our housing portfolio.
