Description of the goods or services required
This procurement is to purchase a High Viscosity Multi-Material Jetting Platform able to deposit inks or suspensions with viscosities from 10 to 10,000 mPas and to facilitate the fabrication of filler-based functional materials such as conductive and magnetic inks using an additive manufacturing/3D printing approach.
The primary purpose of procuring this machine is to facilitate the fabrication of various functional materials using an additive manufacturing/3D printing approach. The multi-head jetting platform will enable the deposition of diverse functional materials, such as magnetic, conductive, and dielectric materials, to develop prototypes and support research in soft robotics at Swansea University.

Additional Information
The EPSRC project duration is January 2025 to July 2026 so short lead time would be advantageous, to maximise the timescales for equipment usage and research.
Delivery will be to Swansea University's Bay Campus SA1 8EN.
