Abstract

Commercial lease opportunity for the Café at Amlwch Leisure Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual or organisation to run the café at the Leisure Centre. Mon Actif have more than 6,500 active members across the island and therefore this opportunity is to run the café which hasn’t been open for a number of years. Footfall at the centre was 103,745 during the 2023/24 financial year including local community and visitors. The property comprises of a kitchen area, storage area, and seating area.
