Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to direct and support the delivery of a combined capital project proposal at Horeb, near Llandysul. The proposed development has two facets, and the intent is to arrange their joint delivery as an expansion of the existing Food Centre Wales (FCW) facility at Horeb Business Park.
