The repair and architectural reinstatement of five historic timber shopfronts and the replacement of windows / porch on one commercial elevation, including (but not limited to) external painting, structural works, external access improvements within the Highway and associated M&E on Stanley Street, Holyhead. Key objectives include business continuity, minimising disruption to tenants / occupiers, careful programming and close liaison with relevant stakeholders.

Additional Information

This project is split into two contract packages led by different architectural teams. Further details are set out in the Preliminaries & Contract Particulars document. The Council will be acting as the employer for the purposes of the contract. The work is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and UK Government through the Holyhead Townscape Heritage Initiative.
