Welsh Ambulance Services University Trust are looking to procure 45 x Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde HP09 Fans and 45 x Dyson 360° Glass HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters to install in their fleet of emergency vehicles.

Welsh Ambulance Services University Trust recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.

The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 10% quality and 90% cost as detailed in the ITT document.

The initial requirement is for 45 x Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde HP09 Fans and 45 x Dyson 360° Glass HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters, with optional extended warranty packages. The Trust also aims to establish a fixed unit price for both of the above products, which will remain valid for 12 months following the initial purchase to accommodate any potential future needs.
