Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) is seeking to enter into an agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced consultant in order to:

• Undertake a full review of the current Bridgend Social Housing Allocations Policy

• Produce a review report that provides the information that informs an updated policy; and

• Produce a draft, updated Bridgend Social Housing Allocations Policy
