Abstract
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is an essential tool for many charities. It brings together all a charity’s relationships into one place, with features for analysis, reporting, and automation.
Cardiff and Vale UHB's Health Charity has a requirement for a Charitable CRM System as their annual income has reached a certain threshold which means a licence from the Gambling Commission is essential to continue to operate.
The awarded platform will simplify administrative tasks, provide fully integrated lottery and raffle modules whilst being fully licenced and regulated by the Gambling Commission.
The contract is awarded until the 31st January 2026 with an option to extend up to the 31st July 2029.
