We are looking for a single National system for a digital maternity service with functionality to support a shared maternity record and notes across NHS Wales organisations with a national service management regime.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
DHCW is seeking to establish a sole supplier Framework for the provision of a new Digital Maternity Solution, which will be a single National solution for a digital maternity service with functionality to support shared maternity records and notes across NHS Wales organisations. This service will be supported by a national service management regime.
The core scope of the system includes, but is not limited to:
1. case and referral setup
2. caseload management
3. recording, triage and management of assessments; and
4. treatment and discharge records/summaries
5. service users’ personal record
6. create and maintain a clinical maternity record.
