Hywel Dda University Health Board seeks to renew the appointment of a suitable provider to provide Psychometric Assessments to ensure that the right people with the right skills are appointed into a wide range of senior leadership roles.
The Workforce, Organisational Development & Education Strategy helps and supports the delivery of the Health Board’s strategy by setting a clear vision that articulates the future direction and long-term goals for our workforce in alignment with our strategic intent.
To enable progression towards our aspirational state, the Health Board is taking a strategic approach to Talent Management. Our Leadership Talent Management and Succession Planning (TM&SP) Strategy outlines our intent to identify and grow talent to fill future leadership positions across the Health Board. Developing our leaders to emulate qualities synonymous with compassionate leadership and in ways that enable them to navigate greater ambiguity and rapid change to effectively deliver on our organisational intent will be crucial to our success.
This contract will be split into two lots.
Lot 1 - will focus on the procurement of psychometric assessments to support appointments to senior leadership positions at Band 8C and above and medical and dental equivalents.
Lot 2 - will focus on the procurement of psychometric assessments to support the professional development of senior leaders at Band 8B and above and medical and dental equivalents.
Bidders are welcome to bid for one or both lots with award being made to a single provider per lot.
