The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint consultants to undertake a business case and a preliminary design concept/feasibility study for the creation of an outdoor amphitheatre style multi arts, entertainment, café performance space and associate works in the outdoor garden area of Arts Central Gallery and Barry County Library (“the Service”).

Additional Information

The consultants commissioned for this study are required to immediately commence the work tasks set out in this document and should aim to complete the study by 7 March 2025. Any time extension would be subject to agreement in writing between the Council and the Consultants.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.

Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.
