Abstract

As part of the Levelling Up Fund, The Vale of Glamorgan Council is looking to rationalise its real estate portfolio and is therefore considering long-term options for the future of buildings such as the Docks Offices. The intention here is to refurbish the building to deliver a flexible workspace which is suitable for a wide variety of local businesses to thrive. The scheme seeks to nurture new business and help existing ones to grow as well as stimulate employment and economic growth in Barry and its surroundings.
