Abstract

Safeguarding software that is a safe and secure solution for recording and managing all safeguarding concerns for schools and enables schools to manage and prioritise actions, evidence the effectiveness of school safeguarding arrangements and drive improved outcomes for learners. This includes a secure mechanism to record concerns against categories along with automated chronologies and a customised reporting option. The LA also requires a system that integrates with SIMS, enables transferrable electronic records and is GDPR compliant. Access for the LA to multi establishment reports via a dashboard that provides data on trends and issues that can assist with decision making and policies.

Additional Information

Provision at no extra cost of a designated point of contact for the LA who will:

• support the LA and schools and attend regular meetings,

• undertake annual ‘health checks of schools’ level of usage and assist the LA to enable schools to develop and improve this

• Provision and development of a bespoke training programme based on findings from annual health checks undertaken with schools

Length of contract:

With budgets tight flexible contract would be preferable, so one year up to maximum of three. Allows schools the freedom to opt in or out and the LA to budget (if 50% match funded option is to continue operating).

Budget

The maximum yearly budget is fixed at GBP25,000 per annum
