Abstract
The Council wishes to appoint an experienced, creative and multi-disciplinary team of consultants, for an immediate start, to
prepare a Placemaking Plan for the town of Penarth, with consideration given to the town centre, to the town’s proximity to Cardiff,
it’s role in providing services, amenities, and activities, for nearby villages, and the town’s connection with the Esplanade.
